Jaya Section Fourteen Confident Of Creating Shopping Centre Jobs

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 7  -- Jaya Section Fourteen Sdn Bhd, the developer of the Jaya Shopping Centre, is confident of creating full-time, part-time and seasonal employment opportunities upon the completion of its shopping centre.

Scheduled to open in March, the shopping centre is expected to receive the certificate of completion and compliance in the next few weeks, Jaya Section Fourteen said in a statement today.

"Jaya Shopping Centre continues to attract new tenants, demonstrating the confidence of business owners and entrepreneurs alike in the soon-to-be completed shopping centre," it said.

Its Director Ismail Ani Arope said the current take-up rate for the retail store stood at more than 80 per cent.

"Jaya Shopping Centre exists amongst 23 established universities and private colleges in the vicinity.

"Some of our tenants include Cold Storage, TGV, Best Denki, Brewball Pool & Karaoke, CIMB Bank, Chilli's Bar & Grill, Cobay, Original Classics and Toys 'R Us.

"We expect to create many jobs to meet the human capital requirements of some of our tenants when Jaya Shopping Centre opens," he said.
